Vice President of Sales and Development
Colleen O’Neill, vice president of sales and development, is responsible for the oversight of all areas of sales and development at mHUB, streamlining and improving processes, cultivating client relationships, managing income streams, and developing partnerships across all facets of mHUB business.
Colleen brings over 20 years of high-level sales and development experience, community and partnership building, and client-focused strategic planning with a proven track record of growth within both grassroots and national organizations. She is a skilled major gifts officer with a background in program development, building and implementing hundreds of innovative programs, and high-profile campaigns for organizations across the country.
Prior to joining mHUB, Colleen spent 16 years serving on the leadership teams of numerous organizations as a nonprofit executive consultant. She’s worked with organizations across diverse business lines with focuses on economic development, social justice, DEI programming, and beyond.
Colleen’s expertise lies in improving private and corporate income growth, building successful strategic plans, and implementing new initiatives to foster long-term organizational success. This also includes expertise in marketing, PR, and external relations.
Colleen graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science.
