Business Development Associate
Alexandra Suprise, business development associate, comes to mHUB with a well-rounded background in economic development, venture capital, and startups. Alexandra develops and maintains mHUB’s relationships with investors and corporate partners to spur investment in mHUB initiatives and drive corporate participation.
In her previous role as a Technology Investment Associate at the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation (WEDC), Alexandra connected tech startups with investment from WEDC as well as venture capital firms, angel investors, and financial institutions. She also served as Venture Fellow for Bascom Ventures, an Alumni Ventures Group fund that invests in the companies of University of Wisconsin alumni. Her duties in both these roles included performing due diligence on potential portfolio companies as well as managing relationships with startups and investors.
Alexandra first caught the tech startup bug in her capacity as strategic counsel at Markable.ai, a computer vision AI company, where she led in-house legal and business development.
Alexandra holds a Juris Doctor from Marquette University and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Classics, with a minor in European Studies, from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
