Welcome to the MHUB Product & Strategy Workshop: THE WHY

Join us for an engaging and insightful journey into the heart of product development and strategy with our first workshop of this series. This interactive session is designed to delve deep into the core issues that drive innovation and provide you with the tools to focus your vision and lead with purpose.

Workshop Overview:

  • Identify the Problem: Understand the specific challenges faced by your customers. Learn to articulate the problem without delving into the solution, ensuring that your startup remains customer-focused and empathetic.
  • Manage Risks through Assumption Tracking: Discover the power of assumptions in shaping your business strategy. Learn to differentiate between assumptions and testable hypotheses to manage risks effectively.
  • Test Your Hypotheses: Engage in practical exercises to test your hypotheses about customer behavior and preferences. Validate your business model through real-world feedback.

Pre-Workshop Preparation:

  • Assumptions and Hypotheses: Prepare a list of assumptions and corresponding testable hypotheses about your customers. Be ready to identify your riskiest assumption for group discussion.

Example Case Study:

  • We’ll examine a hypothetical app designed for moms to find and manage playdates, focusing on assumptions and hypotheses relevant to launching in Chicago for moms with toddlers.

Join us and take the first step towards mastering the art of product and strategy by understanding ‘The Why’ behind every successful venture.
