Jarol Jonathan Rendon Jimenez, mHUB Community Engagement Program Manager, strategizes and supports the launch of the Catalyze Initiative & Programs and developing strong community partnerships.
Jarol’s passion and career has consisted of building and maintaining relationships with a variety of community stakeholders from legislative officials to civic leaders to provide high quality resources for underrepresented communities. He has led projects to help schools’ access to capital funds and resources to improve building or curriculum status. Throughout his career, Jarol enjoys attending conferences or leadership development opportunities. Of these include participating in the Obama Foundation Community Leadership Corps, completing the leadership course at the University of Chicago, and volunteering in local community events throughout the city.
Prior to that Jarol worked at the Illinois Network of Charters as the Manager of Political Affairs, where he was promoted and led a multi-million budget that resulted in successful political and advocacy campaigns.
A graduate of Hope College with a bachelor’s in History and Political Science, Jarol enjoys playing soccer, reading non-fiction, and traveling with his wife Maria and puppy Luffy.
