Cieana Detloff, digital marketing manager, joins mHUB to support the data-driven marketing department as they work to achieve strategic goals for a fast-growing organization. With a background in digital media, content marketing, audience & website management, UI / UX design, analytics, and paid digital, Cieana implements best practices for inbound digital media marketing with a holistic approach and solutions-oriented focus.
With over 15 years’ experience, Cieana honed her skills as a digital media marketer while collaborating with a niche media agency concentrated within the global pump industry. She was also a co-organizer of the in-person 2019 Empowering Women in Industry conference (October 2019) and the 2020 EWiI Virtual Event (August 2020). Prior to her achievements across market sectors with Empowering Pumps & Equipment, Cieana spent 9 years managing a creative services department at Hydro Inc., a pump engineering, manufacturing, and aftermarket services company headquartered in Chicago.
A Chicago native, Cieana earned her BA in Interactive Multimedia from Columbia College Chicago in 2004. As a life-long learner, she has completed additional certificates throughout her career, including Lean Leadership from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign BIS, Creative Marketing from Rockhurst University Continuing Education Center, and Project Management from Harry S. Truman’s College of Business & Industry Services.
