Ahmad Hammad is the Program Manager for the mHUB MedTech Accelerator, where he is responsible for sourcing, evaluation, and program operations.

Before joining mHUB, Ahmad was at StartUp Health where he collaborated with the Ventures team to source, evaluate, and select new companies for investment. He also managed the Type 1 Diabetes and Alzheimer's portfolio companies. Prior to Startup Health, he worked as an innovation and strategy consultant for several healthcare companies by partnering with R&D teams to explore new market segments and develop new product lines.

Ahmad holds a Bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University and a Master of Public Health from the University of Edinburgh in the UK.

In his free time, Ahmad enjoys watching movies, discovering hidden gem restaurants around the city, and spending time on the beaches of Lake Michigan. He also serves on the executive board of The Halimah Project a non-profit organization that mentors refugee children in collaboration with university students.
