Educational Programs Coordinator

mHUB is seeking an educational programs coordinator to support the senior programs manager in the execution of programmatic initiatives at mHUB. We're looking for a motivated self-starter and creative thinker with excellent interpersonal skills who enjoys the fast pace of an entrepreneurial environment, and is passionate about technology, manufacturing, and helping grow Chicago's economy. This person will execute new initiatives including the launch and growth of mHUB's educational curriculum and mentorship program, community outreach, and manufacturing partner engagement.


Key Responsibilities 

Primary responsibilities include the following:

• Assist with executing comprehensive education and workshop offerings for product development, entrepreneurship, networking, business services, and manufacturing subject matter
  
• Obtain and report educational programming feedback from the mHUB member community using surveys and questionnaires
  
• Identify and engage potential stakeholders (teachers, mentors, etc.) to support educational programming development
  
• Support the development of the mentorship program from recruiting and onboarding to scheduling and feedback
  
• Work with internal marketing and membership teams to promote programs and mHUB’s educational and mentorship offerings
  
• Review and assist with implementing lesson plans for educational programmin
  
• Coordinate class logistics
  

Requirements 

Candidates interested in applying should meet the following criteria:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree and one-two years of experience developing and executing projects and deliverables
  
• A passion for civic engagement that provides impact and growth for the region
  
• Strong strategic leadership and project management skills
• Demonstrated ability to communicate and work effectively with management team
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Practice in designing educational programs a plus
