I am the Chief Executive Officer of Light Dynamics, President of the Chicago STEM Foundation, and 20+ year leader in the National Society of Black Engineers. I bring to the table a background in Chemical Engineering, Computer Engineering, web app design, mobile app design, project management and entrepreneurship to program participants. My work experience includes a stint in Silicon Valley for Hewlett-Packard in Cupertino, CA as a R&D Performance Engineer and Philip Morris USA in Richmond, VA as a Chemical Engineering Intern before starting my company of now 22 years. As a mentor, I bring a unique and diverse skill set of analytical, instructional and practical experience to anyone looking to take their project to the next level. I look forward to assisting the next generation anyway I can.
