Hari Kanagala
Product Manager, Data Science at IAA
Coming from India, I've been inspired to address the increasing global energy demand. This drive has fueled my passion for creating multiple clean-tech products, both within startups and large organizations. I've secured three patent grants and have three pending patents for my cooling and heating systems, which have been manufactured for over a million customers. Additionally, my theses on heat transfer in nanofluids have been published in major journals. Recognizing the essential role of software technology in rapidly advancing hardware cleantech solutions, I've dedicated myself to becoming an expert in building AI and Machine Learning products in my current role. Now, armed with an MBA from Chicago Booth, I'm committed to contributing to opportunities where hardware and software intersect. I've served as a part-time investor at Atoms VC and Nomadic Venture Partners, both of them focus on ideas that integrate hardware and software to address emission challenges across industries.
As I've come to realize that mHUB is an ideal environment for startup ideas that embrace the fusion of hardware and software to solve complex customer problems, I believe that my decade-long journey, during which I've gained insights into markets, customers, and navigating complexities, can be shared to support and empower the founding teams of startups striving to make a global impact.
