Throughout the 4 years in Robotics and Warehouse Automation recruitment and consultancy, I have built relationships and a community of experts who I have been fortunate to learn from. I have supported businesses from pre-seed - IPO recruit talent, which has fundamentally changed the trajectory of their growth and allowed them to be successful. Some of my major relationships are with large end-customers of Robotics, so I have been able to validate product ideas and strategy for smaller businesses hoping to deploy their hardware on the big stage. More recently I have been exposed to diligence for a Chicago based venture who is deploying capital in the Robotics market, this has helped me guide robotics businesses on contingencies they need to be ready for when going to market for capital to expand their businesses.
