Carrie has served as an agency head, utility regulator and energy attorney with an engineering background and over 15 years of experience in environmental and energy regulation and policy. Carrie believes that innovation is the key to transitioning the grid and solving societies biggest problems. She has a unique skillset to ensure that policy and regulation doesn't create unnecessary barriers for innovation to enter the market and scale up.
