How far in advance do I need to book my event?
For events in the main event space, we require organizers to book a minimum of 90 days in advance. For events in a classroom or conference room, we require organizers to book a minimum of 30 days in advance.
If there is less than 90 or 30 days until your desired event date, you can still submit an Event Space Rental request, but there isn't a guarantee on the date or space.
Our event space is strictly reserved for community and professional development events.

Can I see mHUB's event space in person before booking?
Yes! Event space walkthroughs can be scheduled by appointment through email with mHUB's event coordinator: events@mhubchicago.com.
Where is mHUB located?
mHUB's address is 1623 W. Fulton Street, Chicago, IL, 60612.
Located in Chicago's Near West Side at the intersection of Fulton Street and Ashland Avenue, mHUB is a 10–15-minute walk from Fulton Market and one block north of the CTA Pink & Green Line train station.
How can my attendees get to mHUB? Is there parking?
mHUB is located in one of the most bike-friendly areas of Chicago.
The Green and Pink lines stop at Ashland and Lake just one block south of mHUB. The CTA 9 bus also has a stop right in front of mHUB.
mHUB does have a private parking lot for events, visitors, and members. There are a limited number of visitor spots that can be parked in on a first come, first serve basis.
There is free and paid street parking around the building.

How late can we rent the event space?
The event space can be utilized until 10PM throughout the weekdays and on weekends until 8PM.
