The first class is a high-level overview of the program followed by four classes that explore each of the following elements:
- PEOPLE:focuses on culture and building the right team
- STRATEGY:offers basic techniques for framing a solution, shaping a compelling story, and testing the viability of the proposed solution
- EXECUTION:builds off validation in the Strategy phase to set a plan, milestones, and begin the startup grind
- GROWTH: explores the metrics that are critical measures of success for the business
