- PEOPLE focuses on culture and building the right team.
- STRATEGY offers basic techniques for framing a solution, shaping a compelling story, and testing the viability of the proposed solution.
- EXECUTION builds off of validation in the Strategy phase to set a plan, milestones, and begin the startup grind.
- GROWTH is the final topic, and hones in on the metrics that are critical measures of success for the business.
