The first class is a high-level overview of the program followed by four classes that explore each of the following elements:
- PEOPLE: focuses on culture and building the right team
- STRATEGY: offers basic techniques for framing a solution, shaping a compelling story, and testing the viability of the proposed solution
- EXECUTION: builds off validation in the Strategy phase to set a plan, milestones, and begin the startup grind
- GROWTH: explores the metrics that are critical measures of success for the business
All classes are taught by Jeff Paykin, Strategy Innovation Lead at Accenture, CEO of froxii, and Founding Venture Partner of Nameless Ventures.
