Micro:bit Workshop: Bluetooth and Bootloaders
Join us on our maiden voyage as we learn a little bit about electronics using the BBC micro:bit (yes, that BBC!). The micro:bit is a small development board packed with an array of 25 LEDs, a Bluetooth radio, and much more. We’ll be using them in pairs to detect if another micro:bit is close by and respond. Come by if you’re interested in electronics, programming, and/or the “Internet of Things”! You will get more out of this class if you have programming experience.

How Will It Work?
You’ll need to bring yourself, a BBC Micro:bit Go Kit (can be purchased here), and your laptop. We’ll spend the first 15 min going over basics of electronics programming, and then you’ll get a chance to work through the project with guidance from the instructors.
