La'Shon Anthony is the Community Leader of ABI. Chicago, the local chapter of the Anita Borg Institute which is a global women in tech nonprofit. She is a writer, mentor, and speaks around the Chicagoland area on business-related topics. La'Shon 
is also the owner of visuals4u, a consulting practice for small business owners & nonprofits, and a founding member of the 2020 Women on Boards Chicago Campaign.

Panelists: 
Hilda Espinal is the Chief Technology Officer at CannonDesign, a design firm recognized by Fast Company as one of the 10 most innovative architecture firms in the world. A practicing architect and technology leader for more than 16 years, Hilda ensures the firm is employing the latest digital design tools, while also exploring emerging technologies and their applicability to the design profession.

Nicole Faust Konsler has been with @properties for 9 years and is currently the Training and Transition Manager.  In her role, Nicole ensures that agents who join @properties have a successful transition and set up.  She coordinates current listings, initial marketing as well as client communications.  Additionally, @properties is committed to developing new tools and resources to support agents.  

Troy Walsh is a Chicago native & the Founder of Drone Media Chicago and easily described as borderline obsessed when it comes to flying robots.  His friends say he eats too much ice cream but he finds it hard to see a problem with that.
