Willem Bakker is an Innovation coach/mentor, experienced with start-ups, business turnarounds and growing enterprises. After a successful career as an engineer (five patents), entrepreneur (four start-ups) and CEO/CFO/CTO level leadership of technology based businesses (both publicly and privately held ownership), Willem had a second career in academia and not-for-profits focused on turning Intellectual Property into successful small manufacturing businesses and start-ups as well as coaching business owners on how to use technology to innovate.

His professional passion is transferring Intellectual Capital and -Property into the hands of Entrepreneurs and helping them with building successful companies/enterprises.

Willem's education is: ING, Netherlands, BSEE, New Jersey Institute of Technology, MBA, Rutgers University. 

Presently he is retired and focuses on giving forward to Entrepreneurial students, -faculty and start-ups.
