Alicia has over 20 years of professional experience in a broad range of roles, including finance, operations, strategy, and sales. She most recently served as GM of a $200MM sales region within PepsiCo. At AEI, Alicia applies her executive experience, her academic studies, and her passion for developing people. Alicia finds that success in the long-term depends on emotional intelligence and developing this in the leader at the level of identity. Alicia focuses on the whole person to help leaders increase both self-awareness and social-awareness resulting in meaningful and sustainable growth.
