In this workshop, we will talk about the ingredients to a fool proof business superpower that can immediately be applied to your products, your services, your marketing, your sales, etc., all on the path to hitting your revenue goals. We will engage in some experiential learning through interactive exercises and support one another in this collaborative session. So, come prepared with your thinking caps and your favorite pen and paper (real or electronic).

Why is a business superpower important? Dollars and cents. When a business has its superpower in place, it knows who its customers are, what pains these customers the most, what the best solutions are to the pains, how to beat the competition, how to price, how to market, how to sell, how to service, who to hire and many other things. In other words, it makes money.

Businesses leave money on the table when they ignore their superpowers. Here are some symptoms of a missing or failing business superpower:
Your sales dry up;
You lose customers to the competition;
It takes too long to close a sale;
You notice higher bounce rates and more abandoned shopping carts on your site;
Too many of the wrong leads and not enough of the right leads make it into your sales funnel;
Your revenues have hit a ceiling and you can’t grow beyond a certain number;
Your internal teams are not aligned and do not collaborate;
You suffer higher employee attrition;
Potential investors aren’t interested or worse, won’t even take meetings with you; and/or
You’ve tried everything you can, nothing seems to work and you’re at your wits’ end.
